At Woodland Pond at New Paltz, Memory Care fees are designed to be transparent, predictable, and tailored to each individual’s needs. The fees shown below apply only to our residents who do not have the Lifecare plan.
For Woodland Pond residents who have chosen the Lifecare plan, there is a significant advantage: you are protected from market rate increases. With Lifecare, you receive unlimited access to all of our higher levels of care, while maintaining your independent living monthly service fee (with only a modest increase for additional meals). This means your memory care costs are predictable and substantially discounted compared to the market-based fees listed below, and you are safeguarded against future healthcare cost inflation.
