Woodland Pond is a continuing care retirement community (also known as a Life Plan Community). In addition to offering a range of residential options for independent living, we also offer a seamless continuum of senior living options and care services right here on campus.
If and when the need arises, residents may transfer to the appropriate level of care for as long as needed, at a predetermined monthly rate, which is substantially discounted compared to market rates. By choosing the Woodland Pond Lifecare Advantage agreement, our residents receive whatever level of care they need for the rest of their lives, with no significant increase in monthly fees. We offer you these senior living options:
INDEPENDENT LIVING
Residents have their own apartment or cottage, with full access to all services and amenities, and programs designed to stimulate intellectual, creative, and social expression while maximizing independence and increasing physical stamina.
ASSISTED LIVING
For residents needing help with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and medication management, assisted living provides this care in their own private apartment. Residents also have access to restaurant-style dining and activities and services tailored to their individual interests and abilities.
MEMORY CARE
When special care and attention are needed to address memory and cognition challenges, Woodland Pond team members trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care provide it in the comfort and privacy of each resident’s memory care suite. Residents also have access to a full range of activities, amenities and our supervised wander garden.
SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION THERAPIES
The Woodland Pond therapy team specializes in physical medicine, pain management and short-term acute care to assist those recovering from an injury or illness. Restorative therapies include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art wellness center.
LONG-TERM NURSING CARE
When residents require ongoing care and supervision, Woodland Pond’s 24-hour skilled nursing care is available on-site. We provide individualized programs and services that promote healing, comfort, security and independence in a high-quality, compassionate environment.
