The Pub
The Pub features a frequently changing selection of lighter fare. Your spot for continental breakfast and Starbucks. The Pub also offers a full bar list featuring cocktails, wines, and local craft beer in bottles or draught. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the best Happy Hour in town. There’s no better place to spend quality time with friends.

The Woodland Pond Dining Room
Is a restaurant-style dining at its best. Our chefs will delight you with a selection of delicious appetizers, salads, entrées and desserts. The menu is fresh, imaginative and contemporary, and it changes with the seasons. Our chef specials and themed buffets add variety and delight. We cater to any and all special dietary restrictions with diligence, skill and creativity. Premium beer and wines are available with every meal, and takeout and delivery to your residence is always available.

Private Dining at Woodland Pond. Choose to cater your event with our main dining room menu or work individually with our executive chef to build a menu and an event that is uniquely yours.
Catering Your Special Event. You’re welcome to host your event or private party at any of the many inviting locations around the property. Full on-site catering services are available to all residents. We can prepare party trays for your apartment home or cottage, or cater a large event in one of our three catering rooms that will completely meet the needs of your group.
