Nestled beneath the shoulder of the breathtaking Shawangunk Ridge, Woodland Pond’s senior living community is an 83-acre enclave of natural beauty ripe with senior living amenities, housing, services and long-term health care options designed to embrace exactly where you are in your life.

The community opened in September 2009, catering to a diverse group of accomplished individuals with a variety of interests and a zest for life. Woodland Pond at New Paltz has been home for more than 1,500 retirees and remains the only CCRC in the mid-Hudson Valley.
