If you’re considering a community like Woodland Pond, you’ll need to meet certain health requirements. The evaluation process might include:

For couples, one spouse might qualify for care benefits while the other does not, but both can still live independently in the community if they both meet the criteria for Independent Living. For those not approved for Lifecare, services and fees remain the same until higher levels of care are needed.
Lifecare Advantage at Woodland Pond
Choosing The Lifecare Advantage at Woodland Pond means paying a one-time entrance fee and a Lifecare fee, which covers long-term services with minimal additional costs.
The entrance fee is determined by the apartment or cottage-style home you select, which contract type you select, and whether you are single or part of a couple. You will pay a recurring monthly service fee based on the selected residence and number of occupants. You will pay a one-time Lifecare fee. Then, if or when you are ever in need of long-term services in any of our more supportive environments (Assisted Living with or without memory support or Skilled Nursing), you will receive lifetime care while maintaining your current service fee, with just a slight increase of $20 per day for two extra meals per day—and that’s it!
