Phase One Begins Fall 2025
We are thrilled to share that Woodland Pond at New Paltz will break ground on Phase One of our highly anticipated Renovation and Expansion this Fall. This milestone represents the culmination of more than two years of collaboration with our design team, ensuring every detail reflects the needs, interests, and lifestyle of our residents.
What’s Coming in Phase One:
Dining Enhancements
New dining rooms designed for fast-casual and outdoor meals, along with an upgraded formal dining experience. Improvements to our kitchens will support these expanded options.
Wellness Center
A fully reimagined Wellness Center featuring an expanded fully equipped gym, a multi-use exercise studio large enough for indoor pickleball and fitness classes, a relaxing Wellness Lounge, and an adjacent outdoor green space perfect for yoga and meditation.
Enlarged Salon & Spa
Expanded services including a massage therapy room and a dedicated nail salon.
Upgraded Aquatics Area
Refreshed finishes, amenities, and changing spaces at our swimming pool.
Performing Arts Center
A 200-seat, state-of-the-art multi-purpose venue with theater lighting and acoustic treatments—perfect for concerts, drama productions, lectures, and community events.
Lobby & Concierge Area
A beautifully upgraded entryway designed to welcome residents and guests alike.

Future Health Center Enhancements
Looking ahead, we will also be investing in major improvements to our Health Center in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. Planned upgrades include:
- Centralized communal living and dining areas
- Residential-style kitchens
- Improved natural daylight in common spaces
- Direct access to outdoor gardens and an elevated terrace
- Four-season sunrooms for year-round enjoyment
The New Satellite Campus
The culmination of our Expansion will establish a new 12-acre Satellite Campus, directly south of Woodland Pond, featuring:
- 94 modern two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den apartment homes in a variety of floorplans and styles
- A vibrant outdoor recreation area with pergolas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, and barbecue space
- Indoor lounges and casual dining venues, plus an outdoor terrace overlooking the surrounding woods
